We have asked our customers to share a wellness hack that has massive impact on their lives and we will be featuring a selected participant every month. Maribel Jimenez from Oxford has kindly shared her top hack to support her mental and physical health.
I trained as an interior designer, and I have always enjoyed designing and making things but I have mostly done crafts or decorative projects. In the past year I had the chance to collaborate with a furniture maker designing and making some bespoke furniture pieces. This was a completely new challenge which pushed me outside my zone of comfort. I think trying and learning new things is great for your mental wellbeing and if it requires physical work is even better.
