Ingredients for making 2 Cocktails
For the Cocktails
1 cup of fresh apple cider
1 cup of ginger beer
3 ounces of bourbon
For the Garnish
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1.Stir the apple cider, ginger beer and the bourbon together.
2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon before spreading the mixture out on a small plate. Apply a small amount of maple syrup to the rim of your serving glasses and then invert them over the sugar-cinnamon mixture. Gently press them down into the mixture to coat.
3. Add Ice to the prepared glasses and then divide the cocktail between the two glasses. Garnish your cocktails with apple slices and serve promptly.
