Spaniards have long known that there is nothing better than Gazpacho to stay hydrated in the hot and dry Spanish Summer. This innovative recipe adds strawberries to traditional Gazpacho providing for a super hydrating vitamin C rich Gazpacho that is not only delicious but will keep you fresh, hydrated and give your skin a boost.
Hydrating Glowing Skin Strawberry Gazpacho
Serves: 4 People
There are so many foods that can help you radiate bright and glowing skin, these are the ones that I use…
● 400g of fresh strawberries
● 5 medium size ripe tomatoes, best quality as possible
● ½ cucumber
● 1 red pepper
● 1 small onion
● piece of dry leftover white bread
● olive oil, 1 to 2 tbsp
● white vinegar, 1 tbsp
● pinch of salt (to taste)
Chop all the ingredients making sure to peel and seed the cucumber and remove the seeds from the pepper. Place the strawberries, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and onion into a blender and blend until smooth. Sieve the blend and put back in the blender together with the bread, oil, vinegar and salt and blend until smooth. Keep in the fridge and serve chilled.
